Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped gymnastics. Within a year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years and set higher targets each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel took her first six years in competition to get her college diploma. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd during the event. The summer of 2016 saw her won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite having zero expectations. She was up against the very best. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The workouts she does to work her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
